I want you to watch the following video, and then ask yourself the question, "What was the difference?"
What was the difference?
He wrote, "I'm blind. Please help."
That is true, but people can't relate. There is no emotional connection.
People make decisions based on emotion.
They will justify with logic, but the decision to act was always based on emotion.
The new sign said,"It's a beautiful day and I can't see it."
A new sign makes an emotional connection because it allows people to identify with his pain. They can see that he is blind, but they don't know what that's like. They can also see it's a beautiful day, and that is something they can appreciate because they know how it makes them feel.
People do not respond to intellectual words. Use emotional words and you will get 3X the response.
